a couple months ago. Had diplomatic tags on it, so it was obviously imported by a foreign national. Not all that impressive in person IMO - looks like a cheapo VW.
FWIW - get to see some interesting cars in this city like the one above. Probably also true in cities like SF and NYC where there are large diplomatic communities. Each morning I see a British officer driving his BMW M3, which he obviously brought over with him since it has right hand drive! Some times I see cars with diplomatic plates and I have no idea what makes they are, although they're usually US brands.
