If you've been together for two months and you only get one date every other week... then you've had 5 dates tops right? That seems a bit early to me. Especially considering the circumstances you've described!
For myself, it was 2 months before the "L" word came up. That was during the period in my life between finishing college and entering the real world though- so our relationship and gas money was pretty much all that I had to be conerned about.
Incidentally, she told me on the same night I had planned on telling her. She beat me by minutes!
We've been together for about 7 years now but were not married yet- that's more her beliefs on marriage rather than commitment issues though.
It really is different for everyone. My cousin had only known his SO for a couple of months before they were engaged. They're 6 or 7 years into it now with one and a half children and either things are great, or they learned to act before the holidays!
Good luck!
Brad
