Big metal concert in Toronto tonite... Scorpions, supported by Whitesnake and Dokken!

I haven't been to a big stadium show for a couple of years now (last one was the Black Sabbath reunion tour!) I think this one's gonna be good! Its bands like them that invented the stadium show!

Has anyone caught this tour in other cities yet? What did you think?

What are the best concert(s) you've seen to date?

Here's my list of some of the best concerts I've been to over the years (in no particular order):

Rage against the machine at the Opera house in Toronto- nice and intimate <1500 people fit inside. They rocked that joint.

Joe Satriani at Massey Hall -awsome guitar, awesome venue

Queensryche at Molson Amphitheatre- shitty venue, good seats, great set!

Furnaceface at the Horseshoe or anywhere else they've played- who? where? One of the best live shows going everytime they're around. Even in a church basement.

Butthole surfers at the Wharehouse- my retinas are still recovering!

Primus at the Wharehouse- super bass jam gods

Bad Religion at the Wharehouse- much better than when they opened for "blink 182" at the Molson Amphitheatre I can't belive they were the opening act. Blink 182 sucks unless you're 12.

Lagwagon at the Wharehouse - seems the wharehouse is doing some quality shows!

DRI at the spectrum- the only concert I've ever been to where it actually hurt my ears!

Kid Koala at the Opera house- super

Issac Hayes at the Hummingbird Center- super funky.

Jack the ripper- local band in TO, kind of surfer guitar jams. Always a great show, and usually there's nobody else there!

I'm sure there's others that have been lost in a haze!
