Not too many where I live, but I think they basically look like a Ferrari honestly, so very eye catching and quite attractive to my eye. I'm not sure I would say gaudy since it's a relatively clean design, but definitely not subtle. Maybe overexposure to them changes things too. I do wonder what we'll think of today's design trends (of which the Corvette is definitely a product) in a few years though. I kind of like modern styling at the moment, except for the tiny side windows and terrible rear visibility of almost all new cars which I absolutely can't stand.
