Potential S2000, BMW M, or 350Z purchase (kinda long)

I'm going to get a 2-seat roadster to use as a fair-weather "fun" car, and would like to hear your opinions. It will be a third car, and we'll keep my '03 9-5 Arc (and wife's Pilot) for capacity (when 2's not enough) and for cool/wet weather. I figure about 10k miles annually on the roadster, 15k on my Saab.
Cars I'm looking at are a new Honda S2000, a new 350Z roadster, and a used '98 BMW M roadster. The M has about 80k miles, but is apparently in immaculate condition. I havn't seen it yet, its my brother's friends' car (I trust him), and he wants about $20k. The S2000 (about $31k) I drove was a blast, with the best gearbox I've ever come across. It was easy to drive around town (a knock on previous years), and could still fit my 6'1" 220 lb frame. The 350Z (loaded to about $36k) was bigger inside and out, had a very torquey engine, and had more "presence" than the S2000, though its gearbox was not as nice. I had thought of a new 9-3, but it fit as a new 2nd car, so we settled on a roadster.
I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences on these cars (as a fun summer car), and help me spend my money...
