Since there are people of all ages on the board here, we can tell you there are thousands of choices. What is your mechanical ability? What do you like? How much do you want to spend? Foreign or Domestic? Old or really old? You can find Ford Model A's for about 12K, an 80's Mustang for cheap. A 70's 230 Benz for about 20K, an MG for 5K....go to cars or traderonline, better yet go to the local 7-11 and buy a car trader magazine... or the bookstore for a Hemmings. one of my favorite web sites is countryclassiccars . If it were me, I'd look to buy a Corvair convertible. they are still reasonably priced, and you most likely won't lose money on one of them. If you have a passion for a particular brand, aim for it. The internet has cars at your fingertips. Start Cruisin'
