yes, we will have to get used to this as more ev's will be on the roads in coming years... top gear did a funny thing on that...
There definitely is a segment of the prius driving crowd that takes great pleasure of driving just below the limit in the fast lane... then there are others, like the other day, I had one right on my bumper in a residential area (and I'm not a slow driver, but some care is required where there might be kids)... as soon as he could get around me, he tore off... saving the planet probably!
I'm quite really interested in some of the new EV's coming out (Tesla, NEVS?, etc), but like JerseySaab said... the prius is just an appliance... and one that doesn't really fit my needs with an active family either... even the wagon (prius-v?) is nowhere near as useful as eg a 9-5... Tesla otoh is interesting - the big car hatch reminds me a little of a 9000...
