Sort of. The DEW98 platform that spawned the Lincoln LS, Ford Thunderbird, and Jaguar S-Type was also powered by a variant of the AJV8 motor, but the Jaguar version was built in the UK by Jag and the Ford/Lincoln version was built in the US by Ford. The Ford version was de-stroked (3.9l vs 4.0l) and I believe also lacked the VVT the Jaguar version had. The Ford version made 250hp vs the Jag's 290. Even though the shared the same basic design, they are really not the same motor.
