I'm running a fulltime WB AFR setup on my '01 9-3 SE right after the turbo outlet.

I don't know what the EGT's look like post turbo, but pre-turbo with stock software my car was maxing in the mid-900 C range.

Just a guess at this point (becuase I've only seen pre-turbo EGT's), but judging by the waste energy typically reclaimed by adding a turbo to a car, I'd think that the energy dissapated across the turbine would equal to greater than 100 C--somebody correct me if I'm wrong (I'm sure someone has ran both pre and post EGT setups at some point).

If that's correct above, then you should be okay becuase you shouldn't be seeing pre-turbo temps over 1000 C if everything's healthy and running correctly.
