Is that 1600F or 1600C?
From what I've heard, 1000C is pretty darn hot, so that a system that could measure to 1200C should be adequate.
But I am asking, rather than making a categorical statement. I have no direct experience myself, just what I've heard and read.
By the way, I am also thinking about buying the Zeitronix setup. I had my exhaust shop weld in a second bung for $25. I don't plan to mess with the existing narrow band sensor for the engine controls.
