2.1L head upgrade - turbo coolant feed line fitment bad Posted by Saabu [Email] (#1133) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Saabu) on Sun, 17 Jun 2007 12:52:52 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I'm just finishing up this upgrade and i'm finding that the turbo coolant feed line from the '88 turbo car is not fitting well alongside the large bore coolant pipe and the turbo oil feed line, all under the intake manifold.
I'm suspecting the larger 2.1 intake manifold is causing the problem. Has anyone got an easy solution? I've got everything anchored at the thermostat housing, but the rear hold down bracket on the large bore coolant pipe is about 1 inch south of its mounting hole, and the turbo coolant feed pipe is restricting its movement.
thanks for any advice or pictures
