My ng900 with 9000 2.3 motor is getting je forged pistons right now and a larger .86ar turbine housing for the gt3071. That should yield me around 400-450bhp.
My 9k aero has stock tdo4 turbo on it now and a stage 3 ecu that pushes about 21psi. I have a ets ic on it and a larger 2.5" delivery pipe and walbro 255 fuel pump. I have some Koni's coming this week and sas sway bars, poly wish-bone bushings and poly upper motor mount and tranny mount bushings.
I still have the stock clutch and do have a gt3076 waiting in the wings, but the first thing I have to do before any big turbo gets put on the car is to upgrade the clutch. I have been looking at the spec clutch kits and for stage 3 its around 650.00 and for a stage 3+ its 800.00 for the disk and pressure plate... I will probably just go with a stage 3 that is rated at around 550 ft lbs of torque. Once that is in the car with a stainless clutch line, its time to put in the 60# siemans fuel injectors and get another ecu from Jak to run it all... :-)
