400F for powder coating.

Nuff said. It takes about 45 minutes in the oven for wheels to be powdercoated...the wheel has to reach 400F to melt the powder and get the impurities/etc. out.
If the center cap plastic will withstand 400F, it can be powder coated. Maybe it could be coated and then infrared heat lamps used to fuze the coating before the plastic itself warps, but I would probably just paint the center caps.
Same with filler...if it can stand 400F it can be powder coated. Otherwise, it will just debond and ruin the powder coat.
