I think folks are saying your 15psi wastegate is *a* problem, but it is not *the* problem. As Aerowhead said, the noise sounds like something in your intake tract dumping pressure - a bad coupler connection or a bad BOV or something. You need to check that out.
The reason you're running so rich - I think - is because you have enormous fuel injectors on there and no way to control them. The stock ECU cannot handle massive changes in injector flow, and you'll get the exact symptoms you're describing - rich idling and fouled cats. You may also be losing fuel into the oil, which wouldn't be good. You need to get a properly tuned ECU in there, or maybe try the "resistor mod" or get those injectors out NOW. That's not healthy for the engine.
