Do you know what your base boost is? If you have a boost gauge, you can check it by going WOT and just keeping enough pressure on the brake pedal to activate the brake light switch. That should put you in base boost.
I don't know what BB your SQR software is tuned for, but I wouldn't recommend setting it higher than that.
The Forge actuator I have, was delivered with the green spring (~7 PSI) because it was for the stock T25 turbo (see link). I'd guess your actuator has the same spring, but it's impossible to know without checking base boost.
For my current turbo (GT28RS) and planned setup, the green spring is too weak because I need about 0.7 bar base boost (a bit over 10 psi) and even with quite a bit of pre-load the green spring won't give me more than 0.45 bar base boost (~6.5 PSI).
I'm waiting on delivery of the yellow spring and hope that'll do the trick. I'd prefer to avoid using a helper spring unless absolutely necessary because the install looks cleaner without.
