id consider adding T5 to your 8 valve... i did it to my SPG recently and it runs 10X better...
its also a totally standalone system at this point with T5suite and all that fun stuff.
another thing is you said that CIS wasnt very tunable, right off the bat you would have 33Lb injectors that have an excellent spray pattern and can support 300bhp...
Imho your CIS setup looks way cooler, butif you want to make it faster this is not a bad option!
you would also need to run some form of plug wire to the 8V spark plugs because the DIC cannot be mounted to an 8v head!
