I notice their "team" includes two lawyers, HR, accounting and a truck driver, but no engineering department. Using "Palmear" as an inventor's name, one issued patent turns up: 7,258,094 for "Engine block component brace" with a third law firm mentioned. It shows braces that span the cylinder banks of the "V" in a "V-8." Now I know everybody tells lawyer jokes (ask me about my patent lawyer joke some time) but when clients switch lawyers a lot it's probably not the lawyers that are the problem. But mainly, patents issue on applications in two or three years for most mechanical technologies and most patent applications are published 18 months after filing (although you can keep them secret if you want a US-only patent). So I'd be careful before investing my money. Not bad content for the website for a small business, though.
