I have a C900. That was a good idea, but since I did a tranny swap less than a year ago and meticulously cleaned and inspected all that sort of thing, I am pretty sure that is not the issue.

Like I mentioned, I put a very good used turbo of identical make (Mitsy TE05-12b) into the car in place of the rebuilt (Mitsy TE05-16G)that failed twice. A bit less performance, but I will be curious to see if the used unit holds up until next Spring, at least. If it does, I will have to conclude that the rebuilder didn't know what he was doing (bad balance I suspect, since it seemed tight when he gave it to me). No sense in spending $$ on a performance part if I have other Issues, I figured.
