A reprogrammed Engine Control Unit (ECU) can generate about 220-230 WHP. Based on what you have done so far, you will end up with a Stage 2/Stage 3 set-up (reprogrammed ECU, larger exhaust, improved airbox).
A better intercooler (Viggen or aftermarket) will help, especially in hot weather. Smoothing throttle body transition casting also helps. The T-5 engine can handle up to 250 WHP without injector or fuel pressure reg. changes.
