Cam timing

You set the crank at 0 degrees (TDC), remove the cam cover, and on the two bearing caps closest to the timing chain (#1 and #6 I think they are numbered) you will see a little tick mark. There is a tick mark on each of the cam shaft thrust surfaces, the ticks need to line up.
If one of the cams is a tooth off you will have to remove the timing chain tensioner to slacken the chain to remove the offending sprocket.
There should be 15 rollers between the two tick marks on the cam gears.
Then re-assemble everything and spin the engine over 2 revolutions with the cam cover removed to make sure the marks line up correctly.
This photo is from a fresh engine that I built with all new OEM timing chain, guides, tensioner, drive gear and new cam sprockets, if yours don't line up this closely don't sweat it, it's ok for the tick marks to be a little off, it's pretty obvious when it's a full tooth off.
