I don't have a RRFPR, but I do have a JAK EPROM and SD red top injectors. JAK usually programs his EPROMs based on some info from owner (at least he did with mine). I found with my EPROM (YMMV) that with the red top injectors I would run too rich (dyno tested) with a 3bar FPR, but OK the stock 2.5 FPR. So you may need to tinker to get the right A/F ratio.
With the AID I changed the timing from 16 to 20 degrees (disconnected dist vac line). It's been a while, but as I recall, after checking the base timing I checked the full boost (at idle, using a mighty vac to add pressure) timing and it was 11 degress I think, but there are likely posts saying the best full boost timing.
