I'm sorry......I was referring to highly modified engines that pump enough air through the AMM to to exceed the voltage limit causing the ECU to cut the fuel. It's just part of LH2.4 that can't be avoided if you run enough air through it. A divided downpipe, then straight out the back reduces the backpressure at the turbo enough to trigger the voltage excess in the AMM. If you just have a 3 in downpipe without the wastegate division, and then cat/muffler, etc, you probably wouldn't trigger the AMM fuel cut. The EPROM fuel chip has nothing to do with AMM voltage nor does it control it -- your message made it sound as if the chip Jak made somehow addressed that, and it's two separate things.
