not true in most cases ... if the pump has enough capacity, and the rails are not too small.
assume putting out 150 hp, 2.5 FPR, some steady state map condition (long hill climb with trailer ...). if u could instantly switch to 10% larger inj's, the reg'r would just pinch down and reduce return less flow to tank, and give more gas to inj's at same rail pressure. Same exact thing as if u kicked the ms pulse up 10%.
with rrfpr, u have another load based enrichment map, I assume the wolf uses MAP and rpm to figure the degree of load.
