The highest theoretical front spring rate I've found in all of the aftermarket and sport springs was 529lb, the actual for that spring ended up being 410lbs. This this the Intrax spring. OMP is the runner up w/ a theoritical 523lb front spring.
Are you designing these specifically for racing applications? 500lb actual springrate is beyond any available aftermarket spring ever made for the c900. Sounds great for a track car.
I could also completely see a use for an adjustable spring seat for non racing applications but I would think it would need something smaller than a 500lb (actual) springrate. Say 300-400lb (actual).
Have you designed them for the front and rear?
Estimated price for FR and RR kit? Estimated price for extra set of springs?
