Excellent information as usual!!!! I prefer my power band to come in down low, so maybe the smaller housing should be sought out. However, I am very intriqued by this:
"Modified LH 2.4 system, 2.3T airmass meter and a EEPROM made for your set up."
Without putting you through too much, would you be able to briefly explain the 2.4 modifications that you have in mind? Is there a provider of EEPROM chips for LH 2.4(C900) that you wouldn't mind whispering here?(Not requesting an endorsement, as I know that would be impossible in your position) but maybe a hint as to what tuner is making these? Would any 2.3T airmass work with such a chip, or is there a tuner that modifies these as well? We are SOOO in the dark over here when it comes to Chip tuning with LH 2.4 Dr. Boost, it's very sad. Most of our attempts at controlled big boosting manifests itself into band-aids, and broken hearts! :(
I currently have a 2.3 head ready to install, and I have the injectors that you have mentioned. I also have the 2.1 intake manifold, and the 3" exhaust will be coming soon. Is there a clutch kit or system that you have seen work for this much top end?
Lastly, would this turbo fair well on my 95' 9000CSE? I know that the software would be easy to have programmed having the very versatile T-5, but is there any description of performance expectations that you might provide for me?
I feel guilty taking your time Dr. Boost, but you are SOOO Exceptionally knowledgeable, that it would be a sin to ignore your wisdom. I think I can speak for everyone when I say THANK YOU for being here with us!
