Thank You! This is exactly my point. I have also installed and operated my 200hp T-5 box inside of an older 96'NG900T, and I had NO problems. To reinforce this even further, The HOT 99'ECU was obviously a manual, while the 96'was an Auto! No Problems! That's why I don't understand why this box wouldn't even fire. When I crank it over, the fuse box seems to be making some kind of clicking noises, or maybe it's the relay, don't know, but click it does. I pulled the "magic fuse" as an after thought, and this did nothing. I understand the logic in automatic and manual mapping, and how the Aero 225 never had an automatic map designed, but still, it should fire the engine none the least, after all, the ignition sytems are identical, there is no special secret software, just the box and the TDO4, and the transmission, which has no electronic control. I wonder if the Aero had traction control, and since my CSE auto does not, that this may have something to do with it? Come on Damien, more feedback, I know that you know T-5!! ;-)
