I haven't done many first gear runs, but in third and fourth, I was hitting like 16-19psi. Not ready for that just yet. This is around 3000-3500 IIRC.
External wastegate would be nice, but there could be a cheaper alternative involving a larger flapper and another custom downpipe.
As for our gas up here...to the best of my knowledge, Sunoco is not in business in Canada. 92 is the best available at the pumps, and even then, apparently we have more dirty additives than in the US.
