User error?

Rear O2 snsor would not install, bung welded off cener to hole, needed to retap.

Recieved a system with no, read zero, flex joint anywhere. Took forever to get a new DP from speedparts.

Angle comming off of DP wrong and no flex joint after that to accomodate any angular errors. Cannot be adjusted out. The design is not forgiving at all for any manufacturing variances. System needs two flex joints. The changed the design and the only flex joint is under the center of the engine. The hemisperical joints in the Saab systems allow the system to relax in the system hangers for a proper alignment of the parts before things are tighened up. That is a forgiving design.

The flex joint in the DP was welded so that run of the flex pipe was not staight.

The exhaust tip was size on size with the rear muffler and could not be installed into the muffler. You can run without or you would melt your bumper!

The supplied clamps do not work well with the way the pipes are cut to seal. Something better is needed. Suggestions?

The last pipe dogleg was way too long, these need to be marked in a jig after bending and cut to length. Length increased from stretch while bending. No exuse for that.

Rear muffler hangers not right, needed to be torched and then hammered while hot to be positioned properly. Did not fit rubber hangers well otherwise.

Only one of the solid 3 point hangers at the front of the system could be connected, hangers not right. And with both connectd, too solid and not enough isolation and the exhaust with its single flex pipe transmits vibrations into the floor.

So all the basics are ok, just a flawed execution with some design features that are intolerant of manufacturing realities. No inspection. Just throw it into a box.
