A/F ratios are worse in the upper range with your downpipe. With these A/F ratios it's very important to check EGT values as well. Did you check these compared to std ones ?
It is usually very dangerous to draw general conclusions based on ONE dyno measurement with ONE T7 car. There are too many variable things here, like that it's 5 MONTHS between these two dyno runs ! Was car droven at all in that time period ? Maybe there was some problems with std downpipe / cat in that specific car, and your downpipe just fixed those ?
It's also possible, that the first dyno run was measured after just after trionic calibration and the second one with calibrated one.
What I'm saying, is, that you are using these dyno graphs for making some money. In this case it is important to gather much more information ( better documentation of dyno runs, conditions, EGT:s, runs with multiple cars etc.) than you presented here - especially when we are talking about T7 car with HW changes without SW changes - when using them as selling arguments. In T7 air mass is fixed for max bhp output, and you did not change it ( no mods with T7 maps ).
It's also quite strange that you are the only tuner who has realised that T7 cars do not need SW mods when making HW mods...Usually it seems that those who have done HW mods in their T7 cars ( without SW mods ), have got very case dependent results ( yes, I have many seriously tuning oriented friends with T7 cars ). This makes it even more important to make several runs with several T7 cars BEFORE CLAIMING that by using your downpipe one will get extra bhp:s.
Waiting for your response.
