I don't know anything about auto trans. Is the acceleration slow if you manually put the trans in 1st (or low) and start that way? I think you need to make sure the trans is kicking down into 1st. on acceleration.
With the bpc disconnected the ecu is no longer controlling the boost, so it's not limiting boost. Fuel cut is at high boost.
