Not sure exactly what block you're doing this to but assuming you're doing an (oil) return line in an early Saab block we make an aluminum piece that presses in where the o-ring normally goes (original tube type return line) which has a 3/4" NPT thread for our -12 to 3/4" pipe AN fitting. Dave
