Hi Vince, I'll take a picture when I'm down at Lesco Thursday working on the race car engine that uses this piece and email it to you directly. It press fits into the oil return opening just like a soft plug does in a non-turbo application. Being aluminum it will expand more than the block plus we green loctite it in! Anyway it's definitely not going anywhere! Are you using -12 AN line for your oil return? 3/4" is what we consider minimum for a turbo oil return line ID! What are you doing at the turbo end? At the turbo I made an aluminum flange with our Bridgeport that another 3/4" NPT to -12 AN fitting threads into and then faced it off flush in the lathe. I'll also send a picture of this custom oil outlet flange. Take care, Dave
