I just finished the ice race car's turbo AN lines so while I still remember these sizes you should use -4 for the oil supply, -6 for the in and out water cooling lines and -12 for the gravity oil return. For a ball bearing turbo -8 is adequate for the oil return but it's a bit on the small side for a plain bearing turbo. We're an Edelbrock WD so we use their russellperformance.com AN fittings and lines. I like Russell's Endura finish but if your doing this a lot for looks the Red and Blue anodized fittings and hose ends are probably what you want. We do however use the full-on SS fittings for the oil supply line. A good way to souse this line from the block is to use a non-turbo plug and drill and tap it to 1/8" NPT for a pipe to AN fitting. All this would be a lot of trouble just for looks however it is somewhat common to do just the oil supply line. There is a company that Cliff Q used that has aluminum CNC flanges available for the turbo end. I'll have Cliff post who they are? Hope this helps, Dave
