You will need lots of patience. Turning the fan means that the fan bearing is not seized. The lower belt pulley is on the balance shaft, not the crankshaft, so don't apply lots of force to turn it A much better way is to jack up one front wheel and put the car in high gear, then turn the wheel by hand and see if the engine turns over. I would not worry about rust repair until you have a running , working engine, gearbox and brakes. Read all of the service manuals 6 times until you completely understand the car.Knowledge is Crucial!
Why are you thinking of replacing wiring?
Make a time every day to do something on the car project, even just the simple part of cleaning something, otherwise the car will fall into the abandoned project never land.
