Converting to wheel studs with lug nuts, wheel spacer questions

Hello,

1974 Sonett with Soccerballs. I hate trying to mount these wheels using the wheel bolts. I want to convert to wheel studs but I have a question about what style of lug nut would be used. The factory wheel. The shank on the current wheel bolts is barely any larger than the major thread diameter so I don’t see how typical mag wheel lug nuts would work and I don’t think conical/tapered lug nuts are appropriate for these wheels.

Also, I want to run some wheel spacers front and rear which is another reason to get studs because the wheel nuts don’t have enough length to accommodate the added thickness of wheel spacers.

However I can’t find 5x170mm wheel spacers anywhere. Does anyone know where I can find some?
