A whole lot different car but, when the battery is disconnected while the key is
in the, 'on,' position in my wife's 1990 900S, the SRS light comes on and stays
on until it is reset by a dealer or someone else with the appropriate
equipment. Learned this after the body shop disconnected the battery as
indicated above.
