It was dealing with the hydraulic lines that run from the trunk to the header. The folding is hardest there as we never had hydraulics all the way to the top of the windshield until 04. I have only seen a couple lines burst out of several dozen CVs we sold. The 04 and up is nearly flawless. I have also seen a couple 04s rip the wiring to the rear window defroster. Oh and the rear widows need lube or they squeak going down and the hinge covers squeak too.
Could you folks please buy some older cars that you can not fix? I have not done an AC hose or CV boot in months (except 92xs). I have no desire to do head gaskets on the new V6 or anything like that. I make my living on the misfortine of others, but I'm not masochistic.. The new evil(GM) cars are starving me. I have 23 years of SAAB experience and now I change oil and rotate tires for a living. You can take your rattles and squeaks and put them in a dark place :) I smile because I own a second small house. I will be living there soon. NOTHING BREAKS ANYMORE! I blame the Japanese.
