I've never, ever, heard of *anyone* moving tires between rims, everyone I know have separate wheel sets for summer/winter (we usually do have a real winter here...).
One point is:
If you actually have need for separate winter tires, you need those rims as well, thus allowing you to easy change wheels the weekend before it snows (why do I always wait for the snow to actually fall? That's a completely different story ;-).
