I love the bizarre reasoning I see here sometimes. Oh the Vette engine uses pushrods so it must be some low tech piece of crap. That makes no sense. The Vette gets 19/28 EPA mileage. That's impressive. The Corvette goes from 0-60 in under 4 seconds. "even if the V8 CTS will be quicker"? Are you kidding? It's possible that a stock CTSi will be faster than every street legal Saab on Earth. And still have a warranty too. It won't go places in the snow? bfd! It's a high performance sports sedan! It's buyers won't care about the snow. And besides, is a 9-5 Aero really that good in the snow? All I hear on this board is how people get a second set of rims with snow tires for winter, so please don't pretend that the Saabs are some special snowmobiles. Next we'll probably hear about how the CTS won't have full power at high altitudes.
