AND what about your ride height? Is the rear ride height to specification is the WIS?
I have 150,000 miles on my 2001 Aero and I fixed my rear suspension problems.
If you did not measure ride height and adjust is with new springs, or better with spring spacers, will have problems with camber.
Cupping is NOT caused by Camber. It is caused by excessive toe-in. I have a Porsche with over 2 degrees of camber and I never get cupping....not in 120,000 miles.
When the ride height goes down from spring sagging then the toe-increases and the camber increases too. Both toe-in and camber are adjustable.
Check your ride height, fix it, and then readjust the alignment. Pay particular attention to the toe-in in the rear.
Get a copy of the workshop manual WIS so you can learn about the suspension and have the alignment shop set it up to specifications there.
Spring spacers [steel and aluminum] are available on eBay motors....do a search.
