The receiver / dryer, (and o-rings for it's fittings)were replaced, 3-4 months after accident. The expansion valve was not replaced at that time. The system was pumped down end of May and did hold at 24, however, for maybe 10 minutes, rather than 30. At that time is when the schrdaer valve core was replaced, and system re-filled. 5 0z of Freon with Dye was included, for a total re-fill of 1.05 lb to fill it to 1.92 lb. So, after ensuring there are no leaks there is a good possibility the receiver drye and expansion valve should be replaced. The heater bypass valve is new, (it should be checked with the vacuum switch). If after this is done, and if it is not blasting cold air, what would you consider as your next steps?
