Holding a vacuum of at least 28 inches vacuum on the system for 30 - 45 minutes should rejuvenate the dryer. No need for a new one if it's recently been replaced IMO. You could check the expansion valve and clean it if you're opening the system. Install new seals on the lines to the expansion valve.
Is your blend door functioning as it should? One way to verify the AC is OK would be to open the cabin filter compartment and check the temperature of the evaporator with a laser pointed non-contact temperature sensor while the system is running. It shouldn't be much more than 45°F. If it is that cold and you're still not getting really cold air it could be a blend door issue.
