Hope you got it out by now. My 2 cents are what some of the others have said.
I would avoid impact gun. If it slips off, you round the head.
On another make model vehicle, I had to remove the bolts that hold the springs to the frame. I used heat (from propane torch), lots of PB blaster, loosen, tighten, loosen, and tighten. It's a slow process sometimes.
You need to be careful not to break the bolt or you compound your problem(s).
