The list is longer than that. I have my to do items when I can. I don't have a garage to work in so it is a challenge. Shops around here don't care for Saabs.
-original clutch - it still grabs but its time to replace.
-Shift Linkage broke in January, I jury rigged it to keep going.
-Lots of rust - can avoid it in buffalo ny with a daily driver. Trunk lid needs replacing.
-all suspension bushings
there are very few long living cars in this area. the Salt take a heavy toll on machines as well as the bad roads. Ive broken part due to pot holes. Ball joints, don't last long here.
Mechanic says move on. That's the first time he has said it to me and he has fixed a lot of little stuff for me.
I could probably drop 5k into the car for no real gain.
Logic says part ways.... and ive been trying to for a few years but cant. I really like this machine. Best purchase ever for me. Its that emotional side that is difficult to overcome...
