the 9-5 wasn't even on my radar until . . .
my wife got knocked up (either that, or she's eating *way* too much burger king), and we realized it was time for a wagon.
so after test driving several volvo's, we decided to amuse ourselves, and give the 9-5 wagon a spin, even though we knew the chances of buying one was very slim.
the very second my butt hit the ventilated seat of a used 9-5 wagon, i realized that the saab was the only car for me. all it took was a 45 seconds in the car and i knew i had to have one.
i replaced my car within a week with a used 9-5, and we are currently shopping for a 9-5 wagon to replace my wife's 525i.
now, saab, if you're listening, ditch the drab grey biased euro commercials, and give us some visually and emotionally stimulating spots that will actually get people interested in your cars.
ikea doesn't have a problem marketing their products and stores--perhaps saab should hire the same agency.
offer incentives to test drive--a free fill up for their current beater, etc. just get butts in seats.
