I use a 60mL syringe on slightly unscrewed slave bleed nipple sealed with a little teflon thread tape to reverse bleed. First suck out the old fluid with the syringe, to avoid contaminating fluid in reservoir. Using Tygon 2375 tube on clutch master-to-brake reservoir connection permits viewing bubbles rising on feed line. A slight tap on clutch pedal while reverse bleeding dislodges the last bubble trapped in master cylinder. Even though it's a new slave cylinder, a twisted O-ring or scratched cylinder wall could be causing failure after use. A bad release/throwout bearing will also spin slave cylinder wrecking it quickly. Usually this problem makes itself apparent via vibration and increased pedal effort on clutch pedal and noise. Some other things such as: a new brake fluid reservoir with unopened clutch feed nipple tip, low reservoir fluid level (clutch master has its own compartment), or missing/clogged spring metal valve beneath clutch master cylinder front seal and piston might also be cause of problems. I feel the spring/bellows should be used, since it minimizes the amount of clutch pedal stroke. To aid installing spring/bellows, I made the spring compressor shown below.
