You're correct on the front speakers, as already noted. The rears are either 6.5"S (oversized 6.5" - also equivalent to a standard 'home' 6.5"), or they could be 6 x 9. Some people have even reported fitting 8" in the rear speaker location, and I can see that with not too much work.
As Justin said, you are not going to fit an amp under the back seat. Maximum size amps that will fit under the front seats are about 13 x 13, with height dependent upon your seats. I don't have power seats in my '87, and can fit an amp up to about 3" tall, which almost all amps are. The width is also usually fine, it's the length that kills you with some of the bigger amps. Also keep in mind too, that you really want your power and speakers terminals on the left and right, referenced to the car's left and right, rather than having wires sticking out glaring at passengers' feet. This can limit your choices further.
I had amps under my front seats for many years, and was never quite satisfied with the sound. I ran signal wires through the center console to get to them, or around the right side for that side amp, with power wire coming in from the left. I could never get rid of alternator whine no matter which way I routed the wires, through two decks, several different kinds of wire. I have since gone to a single amp (six channel, only using five though) mounted on the back of the rear seat. Power wire again goes down the left, signal down the right, BUT, they do not at any point cross or even come close to each other for that matter. They are closest at the amp itself, which since the amp takes up the entire 60% section of the seat in width, is still a good ways apart. Now everything is clean, no whine or noise problems whatsoever. Plus, let me tell you ahead of time, though having amps under the front seats is great for efficient use of space, it is a PAIN if you want to get in and rewire things later. Granted, I do that more than most, but even the first installation is a pain compared to an amp in the trunk. I would never again put an amp under the front seat in my 9000.
