Congrast, I always like seeing some keeping the old 9ks on the road!
For the manual, the C900 Bentley will still cover a lot of the engine stuff for an '88. The Haynes isn't great but worth having as it's the only 9k manual. The Townsend Imports site, Quasimotors, and of course the BB are hugely valuable
For the clutch, check the rubber hose for leakage and give it a pressure bleed (a mountain bike inner tube and bike pump are the cheapo solutions I use, unless the ABS cars have a different reservoir). Be sure to keep the fluid level very high when bleeding. Otherwise it's most likely the master cylinder, especially if you aren't loosing fluid. It's not a bad job and there are rebuild kits available if you're on a budget. If it's the slave, that will definitely make you miss your C900.
