hi...i do not currently nor have I ever owned a vintage saab. =( I have owned 5 or 6 900's and 9000's but nothing pre 900. and I've never even RIDDEN in a stroker. I'm not sure that I've even ever heard one running to tell you the truth.

I'm not too worried about going fast. I currently have a 94 9K aero, and an 87 turbo CVT, both of which have plenty of "fast" if I happen to be in the mood.

I may be, and most likely am incorrect here, but didn't 92B's have an exterior trunk lid? the odds of it being a 92b (which was never imported) are next to nil, but a 93 or a 93B are still pretty darn cool in my book.

I"m going up there this weekend, and I am going to bring a digital camera. Like I said before, the car is basically buried up to the bottom of the windows, but i'm going to look for the SER#, and snap some pictures.. maybe someone will be able to help me identify it, but if nothing else, at least they'll show that I'm not just a "smoke blower" . =)
