AARGG!! I have been oiling and beating the hell out of this thing for about a week now. its starting to drive me nuts!!

The head is off, the crank case is off. intake is off as is exhuast. I have the block sitting upright between two 2x6's with the crank assy. hanging down between the 2x6's. cylinders 1 and 2 are moving easily, and are both only an inch or so from falling out of the bottom of the block. Cylinder #3 was totally stuck about 1/4" from the top of the bore. I let it sit in alternating PB blaster and MMO for a few days. Using an 8 in long log approx the diameter of the bore, and a 3lb hand sledge, I was able to get #3 to move about 2" (when you look in the intake side, you can just see the top of the 2nd ring). I can't hit it any harder! I am just destroying logs! and my hands are killing me!! what else can I do? I need to get the rotating assy out of there so i can clean up the block. I gotta find a couple of those little ring seals too =(
